Appointment Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled spa service is to begin. This allows proper time to check-in, change, fill out any needed paperwork and enjoy our quiet room before your service begins.
Late Arrivals - If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time if we have another patient scheduled after you. If not we will try to accommodate you.
Barter Discounts - Barter discounts may not be combined with specials.
Cancellations/No shows - Require a 24 hour advance notice. We reserve the right to void your gift certificate or voucher and/or charge a $20.00 cancellation fee.
What to Wear - Nudity - During all treatments, you will be appropriately draped. Undergarments are optional. Since this is a professional office, we will not tolerate any type of sexual advances or inappropriateness. Your session will be immediately terminated; you will be responsible financially for the session and Cobb County Police will be notified.
Communication - Please inform your therapist if the pressure is too light or too deep. They will not know unless you speak up! Please be sure to drink plenty of water after your massage & take a relaxing Epsom salt bath unless contraindicated due to medical conditions to avoid the possiblities of being sore the next day!
Jewelry & Valuables
Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are misplaced, lost or left behind. We suggest that you leave valuables at home before coming in for your appointment.
Gratuities - Gratuties are given in appreciation of superior service and are NOT included in your bill, voucher, or gift certificate. It is traditional and customary to tip out between 15 & 18 % based on the level and value of your service. See the examples below:
