Zen Swe Massage - Swedish massage was developed in 1820 by Dr. Per Henrik Ling. It consists of long gliding strokes, kneading, shaking, friction and tapping. Pressure can range from light to medium, with a combination of techniques for a perfect relaxation massage.

Zen Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage – A program of recovery from acute & chronic pain syndromes by utilizing massage therapy, including trigger point, to eliminate the causes of pain patterns. This approach brings about the balance between the musculoskeletal system and the central nervous system. It enhances the function of joints, muscles and movement & releases endorphins, which is the body's own natural pain killers.

Pregnancy - Since pregnancy places a strong demand on a woman's body, this is a time when she needs to be nurtured and pampered the most. This massage will help relieve the aches and discomforts that are caused by the conditions of pregnancy, increasing her energy and reducing fatigue.
Price at Home - 60 minutes $95.00. Pregnancy Packages Available: $350 includes 5 pregnancy massages during the 2nd & 3rd trimester, plus a HOME VISIT after the baby is born for postnatal massage for the mom, as well as infant massage instruction.
Swe Reflexology - A combination of swedish techniques & pressure on the reflex points of the hands & feet that correspond to the corresponding organs & systems that when stimulated can various effects on the body. All of this combined with essential oils.

Infant Massage - This massage is for the Mom and Dad as a unique way of bonding with their newborn. At the end of these sessions the parents will then be able to administer this increasingly popular massage on their own.

Hot Stone Massage - Southing Stones combined with massage therapy take the body, mind and spirit to another level. Feel the warming heat and take in the aroma of lavender & chamomile essential oils. The stones can be used for deep tissue work as well as relaxing bodywork. This is truly an amazing experience that allows the body and spirit to reconnect.

Sports Massage – A truly special massage typically for athletes and sports aficionados. The purpose for this type of massage is to get the athlete to a peak performance, reduce fatigue and muscle tension, reduce injuries and promote flexibility. This invigorating combination of swedish, deep muscle, trigger point and myofascial release services will help lengthen, stretch and relieve tight muscles. This is excellent for releasing lactic acid build up.

Couples Massage
One of the newest and most popular services is being done today is couples massage. The massages are performed in the same room, at the same time, by two different licensed therapists. For the couple this can be very romantic time, but moms, daughters, granddaughters, sisters, and girlfriends can also enjoy this VIP treatment together.
